The School of Art supports collaborative initiatives that advance student success, academic excellence, recruitment, community engagement, and meaningful cross-campus partnerships. Requests are reviewed based on alignment with School of Art priorities, student impact, staffing and space capacity, available funding, scheduling, and existing commitments.
Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. Support may be approved in whole, in part, or through a modified partnership package.
Please submit requests within the recommended timeline:
- Collaborative Partnership: At least 4 weeks in advance
- Program Partnership: 6–8 weeks in advance
- Strategic Partnership: 8–12+ weeks in advance
Please note: Communications, marketing, graphic design, and promotional services are not included in this request. Those services must be requested through the School of Art Communications, Design, and Event Services process found here.
