Thank you for your interest in "Resiliency of Place," the National Council of Arts Administrators 2026 conference exhibition!

About the Exhibition:
Considering the resiliency and rich history of Ozark culture, as well as the conference theme, the exhibition highlights the ways in which arts administrators continue to push their studio and scholarly practice while navigating new territories in administration and leadership. This exhibition will be held at the Studio + Design Center at the School of Art on the south side of the University of Arkansas campus.

Scale:
Work must fit in a pre-paid mail container no larger than 10 x 14.5 inches. The U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS all offer flat-rate shipping with the following dimensions: 9 x 12" (UPS), 9.5 x 12.5" (USPS) and 10 x 14.5" (FedEx).

Media:
All media is permitted. Work must arrive ready for hanging or installation. Please include any special hanging devices and directions.

Shipping:
All work must be shipped to arrive between Sept. 1–10, 2026.

  • Artwork
  • Your full name (as you would like it to appear in public)
  • Any special hanging hardware or instructions
Return of Work:
Work must be taken by the artist at the end of the conference. If you are unable to take your work, please notify Marc Mitchell before Sept. 10, 2026.

Important Dates:
  • Aug. 21: Last day to register work for the exhibition on the NCAA website.
  • Sept. 1–10: Work must arrive at UARK School of Art.
  • Sept. 25: Opening reception.
