Please note the deadlines below. The events and communications teams cannot guarantee accommodating requests not submitted on time.
- Editorial requests (graphics, articles, releases, photography, etc.) must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of your project date.
- Social media requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of your project date.
- Event planning and promotion services must be submitted 30 days prior to the event date.
- Web updates can be made at any time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the updates to appear.
